·  Waiting time for next Medico-Legal appointment: 1-2 weeks

·  Waiting time from appointment to report:  2-3 weeks (dependant on report type) 

I aim to see clients within 2 weeks of receipt of medical records, with a completed report sent off to the commissioning agent within 2-3 weeks of examination. I can see clients at short notice provided appropriate documentation is supplied.

·  Claimant to Defendant Case Ratio: 8:1

When client fails to attend appointment:

• £250 Where no notice given, or notice given but less than 24 hours ahead of appointment

• £150 Where notice given more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours prior to appointment

Invoice payable 90 days of report

We acknowledge that not all cases are the same and simple. Therefore, we are happy to discuss individual cases and agree to individual terms prior to instruction.
